Avalon Women's Drop-In Centres are dedicated to helping women in recovery from addiction

The centres are warm and welcoming with a homelike atmosphere. A relaxing place to meet other women in recovery.

The centres also have a recovery library, a computer with internet access, a sharing closet, volunteer opportunities, and the coffee or tea is always on.

There is no cost for any of Avalon's services.

The centres host over 100 twelve-step meetings each month, including:

Adult Children of Alcoholics and/or Dysfunctional Families

Al-Anon

Alcoholics Anonymous (daily meeting with childcare for weekday meetings)

Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous

Codependents Anonymous

COSA (for women affected by another person's compulsive sexual behavior)

Overeaters Anonymous

Narcotics Anonymous

Survivors of Incest Anonymous
